Authenticity is our principle value, as much in our organic maple syrup as our other products. There is nothing in our nature but purity and high quality.


Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is one of our key values, primarily when it comes to our trees. We work in sync with Mother Nature; we maintain biodiversity on our farm; we plant new trees on our land and we maintain a crucial balance when it comes to the quality of our soil.


It doesn't stop there

The technology we use to make our maple syrup is among the most advanced in the world. The advances we’ve made on our farm allow us to considerably reduce our carbon footprint and fossil fuel use.


Our family

Family is at the heart of our business activity. We work hand-in-hand with our parents and our children, but most of all we work for your families to offer something special to you, for those moments you spend together around the table sharing a meal, and other precious occasions.

Our story

Jasmino is the love child of Jasmin Vigneault and Kathie Provencher. We met by chance 20 years ago.


Since we both came from families of maple syrup producers you could say maple syrup runs through our veins.

We settled down 10 years ago in the capital of maple syrup, Ham-Nord in Central Quebec. Since then we’ve made thousands of gallons of maple syrup, and two children, Jacob and Rose, who are now part of our adventure.

At Jasmino we’ve developed a unique expertise when it comes to the production of organic maple syrup. We always strive to meet the highest standards when it comes to the look and flavour of our maple syrup.

Construction of our sugar shack in Ham-Nord

Birth of our son Jacob !

Summer 2016

Purchase of a second maple farm near two small lakes near St-Jacques-Le-Majeur.

Fall 2016

Purchase of a third maple farm in St-Jacques-le-majeur

Winter 2016-2017

Installation of new H2O Innovations reverse-osmosis system. As well as new evaporators and a refrigerated reservoir.
