Jasmino will deliver purchased products to the address you transmitted via your order. Delivery in Canada only.
 
The delivery fees are $9.95 + taxes in Canada, and delivery is free for any purchase totalling $100 before taxes.

Approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 10 days.

The delivery of orders varies on the orders themselves and on the shipping address. The delivery is subject to the rules of the delivery services that Jasmino works with. Notably, you may be required to sign to confirm the arrival of your package.

Because we sell food products, no exchange or refund is accepted.

If you have received a damaged product or the items received do not match the ones you had ordered, please contact us at jasminosirop@gmail.com
We will then refund the damaged or missing products and, if need be, send the missing products from your order.

In the case that your package gets to your house in a bad state and one or more products are damaged, it is important that you send us pictures of said damaged products at jasminosirop@gmail.com

Refunds are done on the original method of payment in the 48 hours following the arrival of the order. Refunds can take up to 7 days to show up in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
